In a special ceremony to commission the project on 30^th March 2022, the Head Finance and Operation of the Bank Mr. Evans Aikins indicated that the Municipal Director of Education – Madam Mary Vida Kwofie sent an official request to the bank for the construction of the Washroom Facility. According to him, the bank after receiving the request visited the Education Office to access the situation and it was clear that such a request was very necessary as the only place of Convenience for officers was a nearby public facility and this made the bank to make such a timely intervention. The bank was also excited about the fact that the Municipal Education Director – Madam Mary Vida Kwofie was retiring and still thinking about the betterment of her people which few Heads will do that. Mr. Akins finally requested the Directorate to take good care of the facility and reminded everyone present to have the culture maintenance at heart.

The Municipal Chief Executive – Dr. Isaac Dasmani who received the Washroom Facility on behalf of the Education Directorate was grateful to the bank for providing such a timely support to the Municipality and promised that he will ensure that the facility is kept well. He also used the opportunity to announced that a befitting new Ultra-Modern Office Complex for the Education Directorate will soon be constructed for the municipality.

The handing over of the project was jointly done by Mr. Evans Aikins and Mr. Moses Ampong who is the vice Board Chairman of the Bank. The project was specially dedicated to Madam Mary Vida Kwofie to appreciate her for the good heart she has for humanity.

The day which also coincided with the Director – Madam Mary Vida Kwofies’s 60^th Birthday and Send Off Ceremony was full of joy and excitement.

The Education Director – Madam Mary Vida Kwofie on her part appreciated Amenfiman Rural Bank for their continuous support to the Directorate. She indicated that the Bank is also a Sponsor to their Radio Learning Programme and they were not surprise when their request for the Washroom Facility was accepted by the bank. She pledged that the Directorate will forever take good care of the Facility and also maintain a good relationship with the Bank.
